[TFA-VOX] EFT BEAR VOX Mikhail voice

This VOX modification adds phrases of PMC BEAR. In this pack is one of the three voices of the BEAR at the time of patch 12.12. A total of 358 phrases, all they are used in the circular menu, as well as the performance of any actions (Treatment, damage, raising items and spawn).
