High Contrast Cards

This is a simple accessibility mod that replaces the colored cardbacks with high-contrast black and white ones, as well as disabling full-art on cards that normally have it. It's highly recommended that you also turn up card rules text to 24 pt font in the settings menu.

Planned future features:
- Replace icons with high-contrast versions (In-progress)
- Figure out Unity modding enough to add an option for white text on black cardbacks
- Make different card rarity backs more visually distinct in shape and pattern (In-progress)
