[Emesis Blue] - The Detective Player Model V2.1

The ex-Spy of BLU maybe, now a Private Detective who is called into action to find and recover Jules Archibald.

Included 3 skins (blue by default, blue with hat alt color red and black. Only for the Detective playermodel)
Included hat, mask, cigarette and foot bodygroup
Included 2 models (The Detective and The Smoker)

- Fixed coat rig issues
- Added new skins, black and russian investigator for the Detective player model
- Added new skin russian investigator for the Smoker player model

- Improved rig (maybe)
- Added new player model, The Smoker with bared teeth
- Added new skin with alt color to blue hat (a little light blue color)
- Along with new player model added face pose, you can change them via FacePose me addon

Player model DOES NOT require TF2 content

(Currently there is some issues with eyes, write r_eyemove 0 in console to fix, I will fix it in the future updates, I hope) Fixed, I think. Use spy_fixed.mdl instead spy.mdl
