I was running this mod fine until I changed the enableCfgGameplayFile setting in the server config from 0 to 1. However in the cfggameplay.json in the missions files I found a setting staminaKgToStaminaPercentPenalty and set it to 0 and this does what the mod does. Hope this helps.

Nah I never resolved it because I'm pretty sure dayz devs made it impossible after an update months ago. However, I reckon its possible to increase weight limit to max opposed to infinite which could work.

I dont think fix is possible. hit me up on discord tho I can send you the pbo with changes so you can test it on your end

Mods probably outdated, pretty sure one of the newer dayz versions broke it. I can look into it again though if you want
