Adds 2 new avatars to roguwu genesia, Tainted Wost and The Wost

normal wost, is like the lost from isaac, 1 hit and has mantle which prevents the first damage each stage also has infinite pierce
Tainted wost, is like tainted lost from isaac, 1 hit, no mantle or defensive items, also has better card rates for high rarites

only for 0.8.3.0+

plusing that specific beta is over, as such 0.8.3.0 is now on the main branch, no need to be on the beta

Unfortunately, doesn't work, I've enabled it, and nothing, it locks out the challanges, and there is no new avatar, I don't know if it's on my end, or yours, but something is wrong.
