Mimban is a planet in the Star Wars universe, located in the Expansion Region of the galaxy. The planet's terrain is dominated by muddy swamps, dense jungles, and rocky mountains, which makes it difficult for travelers to navigate.

Mimban has a tumultuous history, marked by conflict and political upheaval. During the Clone Wars, the planet was a key battleground between the Galactic Republic and the Separatist Alliance. Imperial forces also occupied Mimban during the early days of the Galactic Empire's reign, using the planet's rich mineral deposits to fuel their war machine.

Despite its inhospitable environment, Mimban is home to a diverse array of lifeforms, including the semi-sentient Mimbanese people, who live in primitive tribes. The planet is also home to fierce creatures such as the swamp monster and the simian-like Mor-ta.
