The Juggernaut. A walking, human anti-aircraft beast, with a unwieldable M134 machine gun, but the thing you should worry about, is his TIMBS.

im attempting to decompile this to optimize it, but i receive an error in crowbar stating theres too many materials.

a there's over ~260 VTF and VMT files present... how the hell did you manage to compile this?
