MaxSpeed1000 - Automatons friendly ship speed mod

Sets max ship speed for small and large grids to 1000 m/s. The AI Flight (Move) automation block speed limit slider pulls this number as its maximum value, so mods that set the number to infinity render the slider useless and you are stuck with the default speed of 10 m/s, otherwise your drone won't move.

This allows for a max speed setting of 1000 m/s for small and large grid drone ships.

Also skybox friendly.
