Dunder Mifflin Scranton Office

My latest asset; The office off of The Office. Be sure to check it out ASAP as possible.

Dunder Mifflin Paper Company, Inc. (Stock Symbol DMI) is a fictional paper company in the television series The Office. The Scranton, Pennsylvania Branch of Dunder Mifflin serves as the main setting for the series.

The company was founded by Robert Dunder and Robert Mifflin in 1949, where they supplied metal brackets. Eventually, the company started selling paper and opened several branches across the Northeastern United States.

In 2009, the company went bankrupt, and was bought by printer company Sabre. In 2012, Sabre was dissolved and the company became Dunder Mifflin once again.

As per normal this went from a pretty basic model which would take me a few days and not give me a headache to do to something with a lot more detail, texture and a near 100% replication of the office exterior and some of the interior.

Have a good look inside the warehouse and you will see the new loading solution they have adopted; Señior Loadenstein 2.0. Take a deeper look inside and you may even find Michael Scott himself. There are also parking signs for Michael Scott and Bob Vance, Vance refrigeration as will as the Scranton Business Park Sign (dependent asset).

Can be found in unique buildings tab and uses the same settings as the Office Offices

Total file size comes to 3.7mb

Don't worry, it's not that big "THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!"

I will try and make a lite version of this as a RICO asset so keep an eye out.

Still sitting here with my fingers crossed that we get a lite version (or at least a DLC-free version) of this before 2077. :)

@Erico, the creator is currently making a "LITE" version where it will not require any DLCs.

Hi @unstoppablegaming. I'm going to upload a lite version soon as a level 1 office. I actually have no idea why this wants the dlc lol. Maybe it is the fence.

Please could you make one where it doesn't require any DLCs (For those who don't have ant DLCs + I don't have the Natural Disaster DLC) and doesn't require so many other items if yuo could?

@ovvldc This should be the highest level of Unique Building, a color higher than the black belt even. (Look up the name if you're not familiar) :)

I am not convinced that this should be a unique building. Maybe level 1 zoned Office? ;)
