Iberian Sun CH-230 Cargo Hauler

Inspired by the Ghost from Star Wars: Rebels

Manufactured on the factory world of Amonos, this CH-230 started life as any other freighter, serving out of a trade station. After many years to and from the same station, this vessel was sold to an up-and-coming manufacturing firm. They used it to haul their first ever craft, the "T-53 Typhoon Speeder." The original cargo pods were refitted, but its service as a hauler for the T-53s was short-lived. The ship was raided and looted on a routine trek. The hull remained intact, but the pilots were killed and the stock stolen. No attempt was made to recover the wreck, and so it drifted...
Until, it was rediscovered.

A bright-eyed and resourceful crew of wayfarers breathed new life into the CH-230, rechristening it the "Iberian Sun." Skillfully repaired and improvisationally reconfigured, the Iberian Sun completes all manner of contract work around the system. A home away from home, it continues to escape close encounters and cosmic trepidations with the TLC of its crew.
