Ox/Furry E3 Rochelle v1 (Rochelle)

Solely by pure request of the commissioner, I'm posting what I'd usually just include in the description of the main mod as its own workshop add-on: An E3-inspired version of the Ox Rochelle mod, for those who prefer that kind of look instead!
(E3 textures not included)

Features:
-VGUI icons
-FPS arms
-Flex animation/Eye tracking
-Compatible with SYS RNG (Body will randomize every map, or choose the skin you like the most!)
-Reskin compatible (Use your favorite Rochelle skins & keep the clothes!)
