Michelangelo, from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, joins the Fray!

*Special Moves/Abilities*

-Radical Whirlwind (Neutral Special): Michelangelo spins around with his nunchuck.
-Turtle Power (Side Special): Michelangelo speeds forward covered by ninja energy and hits with a strong attack.
-Cowabunga (Up Special): Michelangelo launches upwards and hits with his nunchucks.
-Skateboard Combo (Down Special): Michelangelo rides forward on a hover-board while putting on a display with his nunchucks.

-Costume 1: Mirage Black and White
-Costume 2: Mirage Color
-Costume 3: 1987 Cartoon
-Costume 4: Playmates Action Figure
-Costume 5: 1990 Movie

-Michelangelo and all his other TMNT brothers are now available! I will be taking a break from making TMNT characters for a while, but hope to return soon!
-My hope is to eventually have Michelangelo tournament viable. Balancing suggestions are welcome.
-Possibly more alternate costumes.

It was an true banger then, I remember hearing it in the early/mid 90's, so it could perfectly fit in an stage inspired by that era.

I would like to do a stage for them eventually. I haven’t fully wrapped my head around stage creation yet. But when I do, I’ll keep that background in mind! It’s really cool looking.

The game: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, have an background called
BIG APPLE 3 AM. It is not only an easter egg to Turtles in Time, but could be an super inspiration for an stage idea.

@MLGLuigi Gamer thanks! I totally get wanting a more "flat" ko animation. I just really liked the animation with the stars floating around their heads. Felt it gave them more personality.
