PAM - Playlist Mode

This is an extension to a mapvote mod called PAM (Partially Adequate Mapvote):

- This mod adds a "Playlist mode" that lets you temporarily disable voting for TTT maps, and go through a preset list you created.

- Once you play through every map in the list, map voting automatically starts again (At the end of the last map)

- Perfect for things like a Christmas or Halloween night where you want to play through a bunch of themed maps!

- To use, set the convar: pam_playlist_mode 1 to turn it on, and pam_playlist_mode_maps to your list of comma-separated maps.
E.g: pam_playlist_mode_maps "gm_construct,gm_flatgrass,ttt_minecraft_b5"
