Replaces sound effects, such as menu sounds and UI (user interface) sounds, with the alternative version from OMORI! List of the replaced sounds:

Sound of the reward (e.g. protecting a survivor)
Menu sounds and UI in general
Sound when cancelling in the vocal commands menu (right click)
Sound of picking up items
Losing game/dying sound (with music)
Jukebox music
Cacophony when getting attacked by special infected or falling
Various player's SFX
