启用此mod后，混沌矮人地狱熔炉购买部队容量的装具成本不再增加。
但是在启用此mod之前已经增加的成本不会降回去，建议新开档。

也许以后会增加减少甚至去掉大工厂升级的维护费的功能，等我先玩一两次混沌矮人感受下有没有必要。

With this mod enabled, the cost of armaments for the Chaos Dwarf Hell Forge to purchase troop capacity no longer increases.
But the cost that has increased before enabling this mod will not go back. So it is recommended to start a new game.
