Everything is crafted in workbench

After the mod update none of the items are craftable anymore, still spawnable but can't craft anything sadly. I'm on pre-aquatica branch

Can't seem to craft shocking tranqs? Engram says fabricator but doesn't show up. Engram shows up in the tranq table but stays greyed out even when correct items are added.
