This changes the generals impact particles of the game:
-Concrete impacts
-Sand impacts
-Computer impacts
-Metal impacts
-Glass impacts
-Blood Impacts
-new burning fx
-Also you need to use cl_new_impact_effect 1 to enable custom impacts.
-Water impact not included, that one is a bit more difficult to get.
