The Story:
Emergence Night

Planet: Erza
Month: March 12th
Year: 2220

The Federation & residents of the small planet Erza were settling down for the night. The ground began to tremble, and a low buzzing sound filled the air.

Everyone thought it was an earthquake, but as the ground continued to shake, they realised that it was something far more sinister. From the cracks in the earth emerged hordes of arachnid bugs.

As the night wore on, the bugs seemed to grow more numerous. It was as if they were being born out of the ground itself. The Federation HQ dubbed the night "Emergence Night," as it marked the beginning of the invasion of the arachnid bugs on planet Erza.

For weeks, the Federation fought to protect their planet from the arachnid bugs making ground then losing ground, it seemed as though the bugs were unstoppable.
