UA: Hero of Two Worlds - Enter a Golden Age upon unlocking a new Social Policy Tree or Adopting a New Ideology. Units recieve experience twice as quickly when fighting outside the continent of the Capital.

UU: Fédéré - Replaces Rifleman. Fédéré units trained outside the capital receive a +2 movement boost when they begin their turn at full health. All Fédéré units receive a 50% combat boost during golden ages.

UB: Political Society - Replaces Zoo. Generates Great Writer Points based on the amount of social policies adopted. During War, generate Great General Points instead.
