Conrail SD40-2 Pack

Another one from my archives. Had these in storage since November, with intentions to do more SD's (SD38's, SD40's, etc.), but other projects put those on hold. I decided to release the completed SD40-2s in its own separate pack.


Like any other Class I from the 1970s, the young Conrail bought a good quantity of SD40-2s, with 167 being built. These units would serve on most of the mainline freight trains, to banking duties, and eventually yard switchers. Many of these can be found on CSX, the other one, leasing firms, and many other places, either operating, sitting in storage, or in a scrapyard.

This pack contains 8 liveries based off Conrail's SD40-2 fleet in the iconic blue scheme, some being patches following the unfortunate split of Conrail.
