1 Basement Room with 1 Hush

This mod adds 1 room to the Basement floor (and only the Basement floor, not Cellar or Burning Basement) with a room weight of 0.01.
The room contains 1 Hush. (2nd phase)

Do note that the 0.01 room weight will feel more like 0.0001 because the basement room file (and like every other room file) has a lot of duplicate rooms for some reason.
