[Reforged] - Bulbs Gametypes

This was, formerly, a standalone version of the coloured Bulb gametypes from my main mod, Crocommancer Mondays.
However as of it's latest update, these have been take out of Mancer Mondays, making this mod the only way to access them.
They're based off the Switches from Pugnax (code wise and design wise), with the notable distinction that you can't toggle the light on or off at will.
Obviously requires Pugnax.
