Better Depleted Ammo

Ever felt like depleted ammunition is barely better than regular ammunition? This mod fixes that!
Changes:
-Depleted Coilgun Ammunition will now penetrate walls!

-Revolver and SMG rounds now can penetrate walls, people and anything else you don't like the look of.
Additions:
-Depleted Handcannon Rounds (Similar damage, able to hit multiple enemies and go through doors)
-Depleted Rifle Bullets (see handcannon)
-Depleted Railgun Shells (Penetrate first layer of the shell and then detonate)
-Depleted Assault Rifle Magazines
-Testing room so you can check mod balance/compatiblity etc.

I override all the vanilla depleted fuel ammunition.
I also override the weapon artisan talent; If you have a less invasive way to unlock the recipe I'm all ears!
