The conflicting file is a small file called thumbs.db and gets created when the vpk does. It does (as far as I know) nothing and should not cause any problem when two mods with it are turned on at the same time. As for animations, it's a known bug where Rochelle's animations completely break when used in an online session. It has to do with the original model made by Splinks and there's not a whole lot I can do about it. Your best bet would be to either disable it when going online or play in a solo session.
