[WOTC] Custom Pistol Clip Size

True Primary Secondaries is hard coded to give a primary pistol 6 shots in it's clip. To balance some mod added weapons I made an extension that will support other values.

Assign a clip size as usual to the pistol/autopistol and this will take care of it.
It will add a UI label with the clip size.
It will use the set size when used as a primary weapon.
It will use infinite when used as a secondary.

It is configured to set values 0 and 99 to 6 and to otherwise use the coded value.
