Grid Inventory system combined with slots (similar to thunder tier one) this is alpha version, so feel free leaving your suggestions bellow.map is; `open AAS-Hero-Inv` and press I while respawned to see your inventory. note; it takes around 2-3 seconds after spawn for inventory to show up, I have a bug with dispatching new added items for some reason, thou it works after those 2-3 seconds.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Would be nice if someone tries this with 80-120-180 pings, I tried to make client send little information and server should find item/check rules itself.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I hope you'll succeed. This mod will allow users to build literally any game, and game modes like Escape from Tarkov or something. Implementing our-of-session stash/inventory, accessible from the main menu would be just awesome. Good luck and thank you.

@CORNELIUS, Idea changed. We are making it in ue5 and when we have demo, if bluedrake likes it, i am gonna port it with all c++/bp code. It is extremely hard BUT, i will try to make it very modular. This will launch with 2 inventory types, grid and slots. How many People work on this? We currently have 2 main programmers, 1 wji checks c++ code quality, 1 designer and project manager.

I tried to give you free 2d assets I made specifically for this type of mod and you refused because you have a designer friend, except the mod now doesn't have any real art at all, just typical programmer art. Nice one dude...

@SirLatency, for now this is only useable with server/local play with map AAS-Hero-Inv
if you want to see this in singleplayer, open console (~) on keyboard and write open AAS-Hero-Inv
inventory is binded to key I and shows up if you spawned and in-game.

@[KC] Heromanofer, thanks for considering that "have been dreaming of a progression system for OHD" It would be a very nice thing to have for this. keep up the great work and if I can be of any help let me know.

@CORNELIUS, gonna check that and @Azriel, good suggestion, will see what can be implemented for that, NOTE: I want to make this inventory universal, basically if someone else wants to make different inventory type, but wants it to be backwards compatible with mine, it's gonna work + it will have some protections against cheaters. currently, there are 2 implemented, 1. nothing comes from air, items SHOULD be transfered from another inventory. 2. inventory transfer only works if both inventories close to each other (in the world). next checks probably will be: blocking slot inventory for everyone except owner himself and for grid, check if actor can change inventory/wants so cheaters won't be able to change ur inventory without you knowing.

There's a photoshop document with 2d assets I made for an inventory system mod for this game. It is very nice. Use it. Look for the weapon customization mod thread in the discord and you'll see messages relating to the image or scroll up a lot to see it. I posted the .psd under the image. If you want me to separate it into .png files I can do that.

nvm its working fine now I was trying to run it wrong. It would be awesome to have a xp lvl up progression system to go along with this.
