Special Thanks to Faelin for providing the MacArthur Detachment Focuses in 4.2 and thanks to Zachtou74 for the inclusion of this Submod into the OWB: Enclave+ Roster!

Contains balance and lore changes;
1. Advanced Power Armour Mark I and Mark II are named as such now.
2. Vertibirds used by the Enclave are now referred to by their lore name of XVB02 Gunship and Transport respectively.
3. Update lore for Plasma Weaponry.
4. Unified the MacArthur Detachments Order of Battle with the Chicago Dispatches and changed Granite Company to a stronger locked template.
5. Increased prices for P94 Plasma Casters, APA Mark I, and XVB02 Gunships from Chicago to 6 Energy, 12 Scrap Metal, and 12 Water respectively. These decisions now also remain for 25 days before reenabling. To compensate for upcost and uptime the Decisions now give you 80 P94s and 80 APA Mk I, 40 XVB02 Gunships.
6. Chicago Shipment recurring event now requires 50 Water, 50 Scrap Metal, and 50 Energy to be sent to Chicago for the Secretary of the Interior to be satisfied.

@SonataOfTheEclipse Hey there, we need an update overhere. It makes it happens a couple of crashes and also doesnt show the names of the following nations: Ciphers, Black Canyon, Live Wires and Newton

So far as I have seen it *should* be compatible with OWB: Enclave+ but I can't be sure its fully compatible with Enclave Reborn as I haven't properly perused their files.

If this Mod changes anything from ERB or ENC+ it will be very minor
