The Distillery District Prop Pack

Distillers of Fine Whiskies Since 1932


Founded in 1832 and once one of the largest in the world, the Gooderham & Worts Limited distillery in Toronto has since become a bustling pedestrian-oriented tourist destination known as the Distillery District, with its heritage buildings home to many a local business and arts centre, alongside new housing and office developments.

With many of the District's most recognizable props, this pack allows the conversion of many a building into your very own replica of the iconic area.

3 texture sets are shared between all assets for maximum efficiency.

The props do not have automatic colour variations in order to best match their real-life counterparts, but several of them have a colour map to allow recolouring with a prop painter mod - the colour range can be seen in the gif preview image above.

A mod with prop snapping is highly recommended in order to modify prop heights, the street sign in particular.

I used DutchCheese's Airport PO Font in bold for the street signs.

The demo scene I threw together was made with Clements' Charles St packs, check out their workshop.
