[TF2] Gift Bow

I needed a TF2-styled gift bow for a poster I was making, but surprisingly I wasn't able to find anything on the Workshop, so I took those birthday ammo crates and separated out the bow into its own model. Also, I made 3 extra skins for fun (red, blue, and a white one for paints and such).
