Fixes Conscientious Objector's improper vmt material setup that lacked the shaders all weapons normally have, also as an extra removes the shine from the paper's material so images applied on it can be seen better without the intense glare.

Also includes a new backpack icon that reflects the said material changes.

Oddly enough the original texture for this weapon already has a phong mask but despite this the material file was done improperly so there was no phong anyway, now with this fix the already existing mask has use.
