Replaces Demon Eye enemies with Bullet Bills from the Super Mario series.

Changes:
Demon Eye > Bullet Bill
Demon Eye (Cataract) > Bullet Biff
Demon Eye (Dilated) > Missile Bill
Demon Eye (Sleepy) > Bull's-Eye Bill
Demon Eye (Green) > Bullet Bill (Yoshi's Island)
Demon Eye (Purple) > Bouncing Bullet Bill (Yoshi's Island)
Eye of Cthulhu > Banzai Bill
Wandering Eye > Big Bullet Bill

obviously I don't own any of these characters and are property of Nintendo.

it seems to work perfectly fine on my end. maybe you have something with higher priority that overlaps the resource pack
