If you do though, then you might have a good impression of what this here could look like. In the Guinea Quadruple we focused on all countries in the world that had the term "Guinea" in its name. And as you can take from the title, there are four.
These tracks here work similarly, however this time we concentrate on a different linguistic resemblance. Because there are a total of seven countries ending with "-stan", all of them relatively closely located to one another. And as such we have a field of seven countries merged into one world. Welcome to The Seven Stans!

This is part 1 of 7: Afghanistan.

The history of Afghanistan consists of persistence, patriotism and the will to achieve freedom. The British Empire, the Soviet Union, the USA - all of them were conducting military conflicts in Afghanistan at some point, but none of them were able to successfully occupy the country. With that Afghanistan sometimes is referred to as "The Graveyard of Empires".
