This is just a retexture of the original model MW2019 Louis . All I did is altering the color of the gears & uniform, changing the beanie to a signature hat, and headset to make him look like Gaz from COD: Modern Warfare.

It uses Bill's animation, and yeah I don't bother change it 'cause I'm still trying to learn how.
