EK_Marauder Update for 1.0

This is part of a bigger project to update EK submarines to the new 1.0 Barotrauma.

All credits go to videogames for his beautiful but sadly abandoned creations that now are rather buggy and unbalanced so this aims to bring some of them up to date and functional.

Design changes:

• Changed the background wall to ballast wall A2

Technical changes:

• Removed every item.
  
• Unchecked auto-fill for every container.
  
• Changed engine speed to 500 so now it goes around 25km/h.
  
• Bateries start off charged not to cause reactor overheating.
  
• Changed capacitor charging from 500 to 1k.
  
• Changed battery output to 6k.
  
• Fixed bot pathing.
