Nyet Downlink

Adds the augment Nyet Downlink to the game.

The opposite of Net Downlink: you lose AP from hacking mainframe objects, up to -3 AP per turn. However, you also have +1 max AP in total. A bit of a joke augment, but still interesting to play with.

If the mod is enabled, the augment will appear in stores/augment grafters/etc.

This mod does not require Sim Constructor.
This mod does not require Function Library.
This mod does not require Action Toolkit.
This mod does not require Community Bugfixes.
