NOTE: This was initially advertised as a full character for April Fools' Day, hence why the comments are like they are at the start.

Milla Basset from the Freedom Planet series is finally in Rivals of Aether in the form of a Fraymakers style assist. When summoned she will take a while to charge her Super Shield Burst but on impact it will do considerable damage and knockback.

Milla takes a while to summon and will take a while to attack but her range is quite large and considerable. Make sure you get your timing right!

Milla has optional voicelines that are triggered if your character has optional voicelines and voices are turned on. Lilac even has a unique voiceline when calling Milla as an assist! Milla also has unique voicelines if equipped by Lilac, Carol or Neera.

There is still the possibility someone else could make her as a full character tbh.

It's still kinda sad she won't be a full character. But it does make sense with her somewhat weird moveset in the games. At least she says she's a super dog!

OK, I'm dropping the pretences and editing this description to what the mod actually is seeing as April Fools Day is nearly over where I live.

I would like to apologise for misleading a bunch of you and no ill will was intended. This is in fact an Assist, the first two screenshots were faked but the third one is genuine. She is technically in the game, just not playable.

If anyone does want to make Milla as a mod you are welcome to use the sprite provided along with the the animation for Super Shield Burst. But as it is, I don't really have any plans to make this a full character, I have been deep in development of an entirely different character from a different series, Yooka and Laylee, and they are going to be released in exactly a week from now.

If you're still down about this though, just know that there is another FP character in development for Rivals, just not by myself.

Jokes aside, what do you think will be your next character will be? If you plan on doing more Freedom Planet characters, screw ones like Brevon or Neera, instead you should do ones like Turretus or Mr. Stumpy!
