Selicy Hot Ice Loadout

描述
"Vinegar and baking soda in the wrong hands."

A simple loadout for Selicy that focuses on freezing opponents to create flames, then using combust for extra damage. I made this for myself as I'm a fan of combust builds but I do hope some people enjoy this as well.

The wonderful Heatstroke Selicy art was drawn by n+ (Astilia).

Health: 600 (1000 with other loadout)
Defense: 0
Mana: 3
Regen: 0.45
Money: 10

Updated the mod to include a duplicate loadout with standard Selicy health (1000). My gut feeling was to nerf something in this loadout cause it felt powerful, but my balancing reasons shouldn't have to impact your fun.
