I have posted a similar Mod before, it seems to have crashed during gameplay.
This mod I fixed all and added new sounds for L4D1, I mean this Mod only has the sound of lying and dying....other things I can't do because I don't have enough free time!

Thank you, I was looking for flatline death sound effect and wasn't expecting to find a Dead Space version too.

The character's voice must be installed into the game's data because the mod cannot be stable when the mod voice has a longer duration than the original voice!
That voice belongs to the game of the same name but is a version exclusive to the Japanese market ,you can download it on workshop with keyword Japan voice or Left 4 Dead Survivors, faster then go to my workshop category because I have posted this.

I hope the audio in the video is just boosted or something, this sounds ear-grating as good as it is.
