Adds Weapons from the game Strain Tactics.

It was originally made for Combat Extended. Combat Extended is no longer a requirement, but would have a few reductions in content.

Currently added equipment:
- P2 Compact (Pistol, .45 ACP)
- SAP-1 (SMG, .45 ACP)
- SAP Convoy (SMG, .45 ACP)
- SAP SOPMOD (SMG, .45 ACP)
- Shotgun "Chucky" (12 gauge)
- Shotgun "Stumpy" (12 gauge)
- Shotgun "Outranger" (12 gauge)
- LCR (Assault Rifle, 5.56x45mm NATO)
- LCR "Bandit" (Assault Rifle, 5.56x45mm NATO)
- LCR-E (Assault Rifle, 5.56x45mm NATO)
- MAR (Assault Rifle, 7.62x51mm NATO)
- MAR-C "Pyrate" (Assault Rifle, 7.62x51mm NATO)
- MAR4 DMR (Assault Rifle/DMR, 7.62x51mm NATO)
- Heavy Battle Rifle (Battle Rifle/Sniper, .338 Lapua Magnum)
- HMG-60 SAW (Machinegun, .338 Norma Magnum)
- 20mm "Monster Killer" (Anti-Materiel Rifle, 20x102mm NATO)
- Tactical Minigun "Gatty" (Minigun, 7.62x51mm NATO)
- Flamethrower
- RPG Launcher
- Railgun "Eraser" (12mm Sabot)
- Combat Knife
- Machete "VTX"
- Stun Baton (deals electrical burns and stuns)
- APERS Mine (On diggable ground only, cheap to make)
- AT Mine (On diggable ground only, cheap to make)
- Gas Tank
- Dawnbreaker Tactical Bomb
- And a few experimental variants that uses charged munitions

Has patches for: Muzzle Flash

Hi, CE is now 1.5 compliant on Steam but the latest dev updates are in Github as usual. Here's hoping that when you update, you put these unique weapons in a separate prodiction bench than getting lost in the default fabrication bench.
