Izuna Dragon Suplex (run counter)

Run counter edition; maybe a misleading name, but it was strongly inspired by Nioh 2's Izuna Drop animation, where it's literally a corkscrew dragon suplex. I was originally gonna do that, but then I had the thought "but what if I didn't, and made a sort of realistic-looking reinterpretation instead?"

Damage matches the dragon suplex whip, critical type is suplex

(Since the move relies on momentum, there is no back grapple version)
