描述
i don't know about you, but i got sick and tired of the edict fund being nearly pointless.

so i made the edict fund scale with empire size with the same rate the edics does. and the crazy part is that all the flat buffs to the fund are added before the multiplier. so with one line of code i just turned Executive Vigor from sh*t to God Tier.

i should probably decrease all the flat edict fund modifiers, but i havent even playtested this sh*t, soo...

one last thing though, i did want this to scale of off the empire size without any modifiers, but didn't for two reasons
1. it would be a little broken to have a bigger edict fund than you should have
2. I couldn't figure out how

This does need a bit of "smooth" since the file it modifes has been change with patches, so using this mod will result in a crash.

But its not too hard tbh

Executive Vigor isn't bad though. It's god tier early game. It's only "bad" into the midgame and honestly stays relevant for Tall well into 2300. Having it scale is kinda bonkers with how much free production this works out to be. That is a number of pops that can now work other jobs than being stuck directly in leader slots.
