This mod adds to axis countries (mainly Germany) new decisions which establish puppet states such as Reichskommissariats, conducting diplomacy, and make Bitter Peace with the Soviets and Allies.

〇Germany
・Protektorat Böhmen und Mähren
・Generalgovernment
・Expand Generalgovernment
・Division of Yugoslavia - Please select this decision before establishing Croatia and Serbia.
・Independent State of Croatia
・Government of National Salvation of Serbia
・Fate of Denmark - can puppet Kingdom of Denmark or establish Reichskommissariat Dänemark.
・Fate of Northern France
・Fate of England
・Ordensstaat Burgund - available after peace with Allies
・Reichskommissariat Moskowien
・Reichskommissariat Kaukasus
・Fate of Crimia - can establish Ordensstaat Gotenland.
・Fate of Leningrad
・Transfer Odessa to Romania
・Transfer Armenia to Turkey
・Reichskommissariat Mittelafrika
・Reorganize Reichskommissariats - This decision changes the borders of Lebensraum.

・Show/Hide vanilla reichskommissariat decisions
*** You can select decisions regarding Lebensraum(except Ostland, Ukraine) after making peace with the Soviets.

・Ally with Finland - available after outbreak of German-Soviet War
・Secret Agreement with Japan - needs 70% surrender progress of the Soviets. Japan enter the war on the side of Germany.
・Peace with the Soviet Union - needs 90% surrender progress of the Soviets. Germany take territories west of A-A line and make peace with the Soviets. After bitter peace, the Soviets gain new idea that provides a large amount of debuffing and prevent from declaring war.
・Ally with Spain - available after peace with the Soviets or Allies
・Ally with Turkey - available after peace with the Soviets or Allies
・Negotiate with Turkey on Chromium Concessions - may be necessary to take "Autarky Achieved" focus.
Peace with the Allies - needs 90% surrender progress or complete surrender of the UK(in case having war with USA, needs the surrender) Germany and Italy takes territory in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, then the British government flees to Canada.

〇Japan
・Peace with China - needs 90% surrender progress or capture of Chongqing. You can choose to divide and conquer or puppet one country.
・Ally with Tibet
・Fate of Indochina
・Peace with the Allies - available after the capitulation of Malaya, Indonesia, Philippines, India and occupation of Canberra or Hawaii
・Second Philippine Republic
・Fate of Malaysia - make a normal puppet state or establish the military government
・Republic of Indonesia
・Transfer New Guinea to Indonesia
・State of Burma
・Free India
・Military Occupation of Indonesia - The military government in Malay will annnex Java, Borneo, Sumatra, Sulawesi according to "大東亜政略指導大綱"(Japanese Asian policy formulated in 1943).
・Expand Military Government into South Asia
・Ally with Siam
・Ally with Nepal - available after the puppetizing of India
・Ally with Bhutan - available after the puppetizing of India
***Most of these are available after the peace with Allies.

Now this mod is compatible with ver1.15, Götterdämmerung.
The peace system and puppet's borders is unchanged. Meanwhile the governing system of reichskommissariats has been adapted to the new version. (They don't have any core. In the future, I'd like to make national focus for reichskommissariats to help their governance.)
Many of puppets added in version 1.15 conflict with this mod. So vanilla's reichskommissariat decisions are hidden as default. They can be displayed by selecting "Show vanilla reichskommissariat decisions" in reichskommissariats category.
