Smoll and simple.

You need to manually install this mod.

1. Subscribe like normal
   
2. Use this path
   ...\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\262060 and search for 2951802390 folder
   
3. Copy and paste it here
   ...\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Reliquary\mods

Now you can turn it on in-game like any other mods
