Clean Default Transition - Stats Panel

I just remove the blood splatters on the Stats Panel during the Level Transition as shown in the screenshots. that's all. It can removed in multiple ways using the script files, vmt, ot the vtf, I choose the vtf style.

Inspired by Level Transition, where he removed it using the script files.

(29/05/2023): it actually works for the infected panel in versus as well, the one that appears when you haven't spawned yet, I found this randomly while using messing it with the gameinfo trick, you can look up on how to use add-ons on versus.
