The Mule is slow but tough, it can now fight back bringing a MUCH bigger challenge in PvP, Mule can fight and resupply CIWS/IR/Tank shells

hey, also, can you make it compatible with 3x vehicle water speed mod?
also the 2x vehicle speed mod (both are seperate mods, but your mod is incompatible with them unfortunately :c )
