For the "Mild Manners" job. Keep an eye on your IBUs and Carbonation when you're fermenting and conditioning. I've found that the 15 days in the fermentation container is fine. Do short time skips when you've added the sugar and moved to the conditioning container. You'll go over 1.3 vols quickly if you don't do the short skips and check on the beer.
