Formables Map Mode

This mod adds a map mode that show up country's possible formables, what their requirements and end effects. By formables in the mod meant formables that give new cores, like Greater Italy or Baltic Federation, and not just fancy cosmetic tags, like Third Rome or Greater German Reich.
