About the asset
This contains two assets a greenhouse with a low stone wall and a greenhouse with glass from the floor up.
You can put them in a line to make it look like a bigger greenhouse.

@Jass: Its not that hard to implement semi transparency. You can use alpha maps in a submesh ;)
