While there is an instance of momentum jumping (and turret avoidance), you won't need to be proficient with "fast-portaling" in order to solve this level. If anything, there's a lot of white walls on this level in order to help you solve the level without too much trouble. One aspect about the level that I liked was learning that you had to set the reflector cube onto the laser in order to solve that challenge. I thought that solution was clever. Also, I was able to complete the level unconventionally but climbing onto a cube and hitting a button instead of needing to build the stairs.
"Difficult" is subjective but I'd recommend this level for beginner Portal players who are comfortable with the mechanics and would like more practice.
