Guinle Building by DBrum

The Guinle Building is considered the first skyscraper in São Paulo. Its reinforced concrete structure was a revolution for Brazilian architecture in 1913.

I made some additions to the original design based on the history of the building. The waving flags are inspired by one of the project's sketches, they are a perfect topping for the building. On the side walls, I created a texture without the final plaster, to reveal its innovative structure. I also added a Guinle&Cia logo, referring to the business group of Guinle family.

This pack is definitely for those who like to play with growables :-) It contains eleven 2x4 wall-to-wall high-density buildings: offices and commercial on 3 levels and residences on 5 levels. And of course the waving Guinle flag. All have A, C, I, S and 1024x1024 textures.
